Introduction to the 2015 edition by the Director of Cultural Affairs of Martinique:
'The first release of the 'Cultural Atlas of Communes of Martinique' in 2015 in paper (242 pages) and electronic version has fully played its role, bringing Direction of Cultural Affairs' actions to the attention of elected representatives, the partners and the public.
For the decentralised service of Culture, this document has been a valuable analytical tool to influence the geography of interventions in the cultural field for the benefit of new audiences. This inflection, which carried on in 2016, will therefore continue to have a shared cultural ambition with public and private partners.'
