Impact report 2022-2023
Macphie's ways of working have always been based on the principles of sustainability, wanting to make a positive impact on both the local and wider environment, building practices of doing the right thing to protect the people and places around the company.
I worked on Macphie's first impact report in cooperation with the Communications Manager who wanted to produced a document with a different, less corporate feel than previously issued ESG-related documentation.
Following B Lab's guidance and taking inspiration from existing impact reports we liked, we published a comprehensive 46-page document both as a digital output and as an engaging small book printed to a low-key spec (recycled paper & minimal finish).
